Yes. Discovery is part of the work. We start by understanding your audience, workflows, existing tools, and constraints. From there, we can define a practical scope and decide whether a website, SEO engagement, portal, reporting system, or a simpler improvement is the right next step.
How do you approach security?
We plan around the information a project actually needs, the people who should have access, and how the system will be operated. Security requirements are defined for each engagement. Any regulatory requirements need a project-specific assessment; a website or portal alone does not establish compliance.

We can begin with a review of what exists. Sometimes a focused improvement is more useful than a full rebuild. We look at the current platform, content, usability, and maintenance needs before recommending a direction.
